Who connects your alarm to us?
No matter who your current monitoring provider is (if any), simply call us and we will schedule our technician's to attend your premise. When onsite, our licensed technician's will carry-out the required programming amendments, which will allow your alarm system communication with our receiving equipment.
Why monitor your alarm?
Monitored alarms prove to be more reliable and effective in the fight against intrusion and loss of property. Due to the constant flow of data to a monitoring station, which records all system activity, the alarm system is constantly being checked for correct performance. Guards and/or owners can be alerted immediately there is an alarm and the premises can be investigated. System faults are also transmitted whereupon they can be attended to by a technician.
What will the connection service cost?
The majority of connections are carried-out without the customer incurring any connection charges. Where the existing alarm system is currently being monitored by another provider or is already connected to a telephone line, NO connection charges will apply.
Monitoring informatiom
The vast majority of alarm systems installed these days have the capability of being monitored. Monitoring is when your alarm systems data is transmitted to a remote computerised monitoring station by way of coded signal. Depending on the type of coded signal received, these signals may trigger an alert to an individual, guard services or other services for investigation. The most common method of connection is by way of telephone line.
