All our divisions provide alarm response services 24/7 within their own area of operation.
How does it work?
Our mobile response units are advised of an alarm event taking place at your premise by either your own monitoring service or directly via our own monitoring station. Our response units will attend the site and deal with the alarm in a manner suitable to the particular event. Uniformed officers in our distinctive patrol vehicles are ready to attend alarm activations and associated alerts. With a strong emphasis on local knowledge & customer service, we have gained a reputation as a "can do" company.
Alarm Response Events:
A response unit may be dispatched to your premise for the following;

Your alarm hasn't been set on time, (commercial)

Your alarm has been unset outside of your schedule, (commercial)

Your alarm has been activated and requires investigation,

A key holder or Police may request a guards attendance.
